Hey, guys! Sorry for the long silence. I’ve worked like crazy these past few weeks!
But today is the birthday of my beloved Rigpa. She’s 12!
So I decided to bake her some biscuits to celebrate 🙂
120g (1 cup) whole meal flour
50g (1 cup) oatmeal
1 banana, mashed
3 tbsp peanut butter
Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment.
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor, roll out the dough and cut as desired.
Bake for about 15 minutes.
