Since I’ve tasted Starbucks’ Parmesan muffin I’ve been trying to find the recipe for it. So far I’ve been unsuccessful but this one is pretty good – not perfect, but very tasteful. And best of all: really easy to prepare! All you have to do is put everything in the blender and push the button.
PARMESAN CHEESE MUFFIN
INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
240ml (1 cup) milk
100g grated parmesan cheese
240ml (1 cup) oil
375g (3 cups) flour
1 tbsp baking soda
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Blend all the ingredients together and fill the muffin cups halfway to the brim.
Bake for about 25 minutes.
NOTES
You can add 500g chopped sausage or pepperoni and oregano to make it even more delicious.
1 cup = 240ml
I wish you lived in Germany as you’d be the perfect baker for my #BCE CheeseChallenge. These parmesan cheese muffins look delicious and I can almost feel the warmth of the dough and the smell of the cheese!

So do I! Last year I went to London but I was ignorant of all those British cheeses – I only knew cheddar and stilton… Thanks for visiting and following my blog!
