This is a very easy recipe that can be whipped up in no time.
I don’t like frying things but I love fried things π So from time to time I indulge myself into these cheese bites.
CHEESE BITES
(yields about 100)
500 g flour
230 g butter, softened
160 g grated cheese (any strong flavoured cheese will do)
240 ml milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp baking powder
salt and pepper to your liking
vegetable oil for frying
METHOD
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together with a wooden spoon. Roll small portions of the batter into balls. Heat the oil and fry the balls until golden brown.
So easy !!!!!! I can already taste it !
